Student Rap Session

Georges Auditorium in the PSB
Rhyming lyrics and verses in time to a beat/melody, rapping has worked its way from reggae and into mainstream and alternative
rock music. Spoken to a beat, either with backing of music or a capella, rap is a complex mix of influences, and typically includes elements of speech, prose, poetry and song (WIKI How). At this session, Dillard students
perform above expectations by getting in front of the influences. Listen
as students incorporate principles of mathematics
in their own rap lyrics. If you appreciate the art form and you are ready
for a good time, this Rap Session is for you!
